The Penthouse
On first floor you find the Penthouse apartment, with a double bed, living area with double sofabed and table, access to balcony with jacuzzi and amazing view of Barolo’s famous Bussia vineyards – all framed by the Alps in the background.

The Ground floor
On the Ground floor you have 2 large master bedrooms with double bed (possibility of adding a bed in each), another double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with toilet, open kitchen, large oak table and lounge area with large sofas (can be used for sleeping), access to terrace with saltwater pool (3 x 5 meters) and access to garden with BBQ.
The ground floor is connected to the garage floor by an elevator and is therefore suitable for guests in wheelchairs.

The Basement
The garage level has space for several cars, bikes and Vespa. You also find a cozy wine corner, a full gym area, sauna, bathroom/toilet and laundry room.

The villa is located in Sant'Eligio 5, Monforte, a 10-minute walk from the Auditorium Horszowski, which hosts the Monforte Jazz festival each summer.
